Mission
Platform vision
Built from real studio pain
Built by practitioners, for practitioners
Flowtropy is being built to give studios a calmer front desk, stronger member relationships, and a better way to grow without losing the human side of the experience.

Raj
Yogi and Tech Entrepreneur
Flowtropy was born out of frustration. Raj is a yoga teacher and tech entrepreneur who experienced firsthand how exhausting outdated studio software can be.
After working through the limitations of existing products, he saw the need for a better approach — software that helps studios operate cleanly while still feeling personal and community-led.

Sachin Sharma
From meditator to product builder
Sachin has spent more than two decades in daily meditation while leading global product teams at Microsoft, bringing a rare blend of inner stillness and product rigor to Flowtropy.
After watching studio owners drown in clunky tools, rigid workflows, and noisy dashboards, he set out to design software that feels like a well-held class: calm at the front desk, clear for teachers, and deeply supportive for members. With 20+ years building AI, consumer, and B2B/B2C platforms used by hundreds of millions of people, he's now focused on giving yoga, health, and fitness studios enterprise-grade power that still feels simple, kind, and human.
What drives us every day
Customer First
Every decision we make starts with one question: how does this help studio owners succeed?
Simplicity
Powerful features should be easy to use. We obsess over making complex things simple.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no surprises. We believe in honest pricing and open communication.
Accessibility
Great software should be available to studios of all sizes, from single-location to franchise.
Milestones along the way
Raj experienced how frustrating legacy studio software could be while teaching and running day-to-day operations.
Flowtropy began as an effort to make studio operations feel lighter, clearer, and more human.
The platform is growing around scheduling, migration, community, retention, and AI support for studios.
